Every person who becomes a registered user of publicexecutions.ca consents to the terms of use stated in the present document and acknowledges that Public Executions, Inc. reserves the right to amend these terms from time to time.

Publication & Reward Contract

The Publication & Reward Contract sets the terms under which a judgment may be published on this website and determines if a reward is to be paid, how much is to be paid and to whom it is to be paid.  The Publication & Reward Contract may change from time to time.  Each posting and all corresponding tips are governed by the terms and conditions in the Publication & Reward Contract in place at the time of the particular judgment's posting.  The specific version of the Publication & Reward Contract for any given judgment is accessible from the relevant Judgment Summary page.  By creating a user account for this website you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of that contract.

Privacy Protection

PublicExecutions abides by Canadian and international standards with regard to user privacy protection.  PublicExecutions does not collect personal information about users without their consent and has set up means to keep personal information confidential.  The website’s management of personal information is described more fully on the Privacy Policy page.

Reproduction and Copyright

Public Executions, Inc. reserves the intellectual property rights pertaining to the content, graphic, navigation and search tool design of publicexecutions.ca.  Any reproduction in whole or in part is prohibited.

Right to Restrict Access

PublicExecutions reserves the right to block, at its discretion and without prior notice, any user from accessing its website if the user contravenes the Publication & Reward Contract, misuses the website or uses it for illegal purposes.

Applicable Law

Use of publicexecutions.ca is governed by the federal and provincial legislation in force in the Province of Ontario, Canada.  Any legal action against Public Executions, Inc. with regards to publicexecutions.ca shall be brought before the courts of the City of Toronto in the Province of Ontario.
